CRAB - (Collective Research on Aquaculture Biofouling) is an EU funded project that will provide the European marine aquaculture industry with low cost practical solutions to control biofouling.

Role of FEAP:
- Promote the objectives and outcomes of the project to the European aquaculture industry (particularly finfish producers) and to exploit the aquaculture networks and web-based resources more broadly.
- To aid the development of training events along the line of the successful model.
- To distribute manuals and guidelines at the European level, directly to the finfish sector and through links to the European Shellfish industry (EMPA etc).
- To liase with industry, policy makers and other stakeholders and communicate important outcomes at all levels.
- FEAP will also provide a link to the other EC Collective research project being funded in the same round.
